What if we explored how our work might have broader impact using the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a guide?

Would you read the letters we wrote back to our current day selves?

Like a flipped time capsule, these letters can reveal themes, questions, and important clues for how we need to shape a Future of Work for the career development sector that serves clients and practitioners alike.

Cannexus22 Case Study

We brought our letter-writing activity to Cannexus22 in an interactive, collaborative working session with career development professionals from across the sector.

Through online polling and attendees’ letters, we identified key themes that ground this important discussion about the future of our sector in the hope, dreams, and realities of today. From this analysis, we created an infographic with a series of questions that can help advance our thinking and co-creating.

The responses we got at Cannexus22 were so intriguing and insightful, and we’re all-in for continuing the discussion, collaboration, and co-creation. We hope you are too!
